from Geneva...the ever fabulous Mr.Kool

Good to see our buddy Kristophe aka Mr. Kool from Geneva hasn't lost his touch.
He laid down the striping brush some time ago...but the oneshot remained in his veins...
Good thing he picked up that same brush and keeps laying down some mighty Kool lines...
Thumbs up my friend...hope to meet again soon.

!!!California Dreaming!!!

Came across this shot I made passing the California - Nevada border some years ago.
We entered the first truckstop we ran into and this was what we saw going into the shop...

Visit to Captain Blaster's work...space

Good thing my van broke down in Italy, otherwise it would not have been possible to drop by my buddy Blaster near Venice.
Had the best of times checking out the workspace of this amazing Artist...the garage was filled with
memories and paraphenelia of a history in Pinstriping...some original art by Ed roth, Jimmy C and many others, topped with the Master's Panhead Chopper and his Hot Rod project...what more could be needed for a perfect day.
Thanx buddy for having me over at your place, see you very soon in Spain.

Wanna see and read more about Blaster...check his website: www.blasterville.com
Blaster feature coming in the next issue of Motorized! magazine early Mai 2010!

More Verona...

While I was working in the stripersbooth, my travelin' bud Angelo kept the Motorizedshop for the weekend.
In the company of the CustomSickles crew and the Rumblers cc from Milan and Roma good times were guaranteed!
Thanx to All for a kickass weekend.

last weeks...

Were packed...started with the trip to the Verona Bike Expo in Italy...
Man what a great weekend...kool bikes...great friends and really good food...
after that...car trouble in Italy...so one week to kill time...
dropped by some good friends for good times and great talks...and again great food.
After that...headed back home full speed to catch up on losing one week of workin' time...
lotsa stuff going on now...all to come to this page in the next....whatever...

At the show...in our booth were the joined forces of Captain Blaster, Empire 32, El Rana and myself...
lines were flowing pretty smooth throughout the weekend...

Hans is building this '72 Ironhead Sportster from scratch...make sure to check out the finished bike when he get's there...it already looks amazing...

Watching my every move

While working in the shop...felt like I was being watched...

Perfect start of a new year

Today was the perfect day to kick in the new year...
This morning my buddy Hans from the Trashers cc from Holland dropped by to pick up my 61 Galaxie, in the meantime leaving behind his 59 Apache Fleetside truck.
We managed to make a really cool deal among friends...so I will be driving the pickup all over Europe next summer while Hans will spend some cruising time in the Galaxie.

Thanx Hans...no worries bro, gonna take sweet care of you big lady!
Already mounted some new flaked rims and wide whites...as usual more to follow

2010 coming on strong...

another filled up spot in the shop....

is my next chopperproject...another one to sit for a while...
been having some early seventies chopper flashes in the last months...
long girder or springer...coffin shaped tank, king 'n queen seat...
and four upswept fishtails...should do the trick I guess...
wait (a pretty long time) and see...

From the darkest corner of the shop....

you get this view these days....might turn up completely different next week, but for now I enjoy the view a lot.
Since the snow kept us in for a couple of days, I kinda felt the urge to lay down some fresh lines...
