2010 coming on strong...

another filled up spot in the shop....

is my next chopperproject...another one to sit for a while...
been having some early seventies chopper flashes in the last months...
long girder or springer...coffin shaped tank, king 'n queen seat...
and four upswept fishtails...should do the trick I guess...
wait (a pretty long time) and see...

From the darkest corner of the shop....

you get this view these days....might turn up completely different next week, but for now I enjoy the view a lot.
Since the snow kept us in for a couple of days, I kinda felt the urge to lay down some fresh lines...

Karin's Brown Flaked Avenger helmet

Kevin's Honda Dax...more to come soon...

Some new artwork for the upcoming Verona Bike Expo in Italy!
Will be sharing the booth with Blaster and Etienne "Empire32"
januari 15-17th 2010

New from the brush....

Been working on Thunder Choppers' new bike a couple of weeks back.
the way cool base coat in goldshifting green was a perfect canvas to paint on.
Pretty anxious to see the pics of the finished chopper...stay tuned.

On the road

somewhere near Antwerp last week...made me think of the saltlakes...only just a drop colder...

Brandnew narrow mustangstyle tank, silverflaked with purple candy, panels, lacing, scales and more eyekandy...high shine finish. Pretty much universal fit ( or some minor framemods)

Heroes....ED ROTH

Mosquito

Don't think I came round to showing the Mosquito dragster as a whole.
Couple of months ago I finished the paint on this 60ies styled vw slingshot.
Din't have the opportunity of shooting it till now...maybe this will happen this winter...
doing some burnouts somewhere in the area of Ghent.
below is a crappy phonecam shot, it will to do for now...more to come when we get round to it.

Ride out....

Some time ago we rode out with some friends to a James Intvelt gig in Holland...
Great fun riding with Bow, Willem and Kuif...hitting the pittoresk city center full throttle...damn those dudes really rode the hell out of this old shit.
Bow on his Pan, Willem & his Early shovel and Kuif burnin' it on his Liberator bobchop....and me trying to hang on for dear life!
You can check out Bow's Panhead chopper in full detail in the current Bigtwin issue, the lib and the Early shovel have been featured in the same Dutch bikermag years ago...go dig the cellar to find that stash of old mags....

Also this weekend....Custom Zone Switserland.

In a few hours we head off to this great Indoorshow in Winterthur / Switserland.
Organisers Manuela and Christoph from Custom Parts & Wear
invited me to take part in the artshow ...
unfortunately not able to drive in style to this event, but that won't spoil a lot of fun with some fine folks and a great show....see you all very soon if you decide to drop by....
Pretty sure you won't regret.
pictures coming up after the weekend!
all info on the show: check out www.customzone.ch

Next up....Milan Kustom Kulture Artshow
